Hidden Labor Supply
According to a 2007 workforce assessment by the Wadley-Donovan Group, our region has a hidden labor supply of 118,920, including the not-employed, under-employed, and recent college grads.
The assessment identified the hidden labor supply as better educated than the overall population and diverse in terms of skill sets. Click here for a copy of the report.
